As a somatic practitioner with over a decade of experience, I understand the profound connections between our physical, emotional and mental well-being. Through my past work as a Structural Medicine Specialist, I witnessed firsthand how unresolved stress manifests in the body and impacts our lives. The stresses of today's society have fueled an epidemic of disconnection - not only from others but from our deepest selves and our loudest saboteurs. My work aims to help clients overcome this disconnection by reconnecting to the body and slowing down to gain clarity and truly thrive.
